THANK YOU for the spectacular service! We had such a great time at Bird of Paradise, and we definitely return. Dan and Frankie (owners) were so gracious, and the cottage was amazing! We loved the location, the amenities, and the privacy. I have already referred friends to Tropical Villa Vacations. You offer such courteous service and were always so friendly to work with! Our next trip, we will utilize more of your offerings, like the car rental and an on-site chef to prepare a special dinner. Thank you for helping make our vacation so wonderful. We have such great memories and can't wait to come back!
We loved our vacation and found the Bird of Paradise cottage simply charming and most enjoyable. The Colemans were great hosts and we enjoyed their pool every day. The dinner that Sabra prepared was absolutely divine and without equal! We were all in heaven and stuffed to the gills. She is a gem and what a find. Her assistant, Brad, was wonderful, too. It made for a very special birthday dinner for all of us. The trip to Hana was terrific and the only way to do it, we decided. We had a great day and the weather cooperated. Golf was very good, too - we enjoyed it all. Thank you so much for overseeing our delightful vacation once again. Just writing to let you know that (we) had a fabulous time at Bird of Paradise. Was a great place--as advertised. We will definately look to Tropical Villa again should we decide to come again--which won't be soon enough! :) Also, you should let Yvonne know that we loved our experience at Feast at Lele! It was nice to see photos first and then to drive up and recognize the Bird of Paradise Cottage. We received lots of contact from various people (at Tropical Villa Vacations) which made us feel well cared for! The accommodation was yummy. Heaven. We will be back and will recommend it to others. The kitchen is so well stocked, beautiful decor. The owners are awesome hosts - we are grateful they share their home. The Concierge Yvonne is Da Kine! Clone her and place her in every business to show them what customer service should be! We absolutely wish to return and we will stay at Bird of Paradise Cottage. Mahalo times 10! Bird of Paradise was fairly represented to us. The web pix really helped. Great assistance by those we corresponded with. Really enjoyed the privacy available, as well as the pool area. Bird of Paradise Cottage was better than expected. It absolutely was fairly represented to us. Everything was perfect. The home owners were wonderful hosts. They let us know they were around if we needed them, but never bothered us during the stay. The place was impeccably clean. N Family 08/04

The Bird of Paradise Cottage is a beautifully appointed new villa. Great appliances, views, grounds, great kitchen utensils & accessories. The owners are exceptional people. Their villa is wonderful and central to Wailea and Kihei. Concierge Yvonne is a "true" professional. She is sweet, detailed, and knowledgeable about the island of Maui.
