Step out of your comfortable ocean front home right onto a soft sandy beach which is encircled by an ancient reef. The area was formerly known as the Queen's fishing pond. The waters of Baby "Puunoa" Beach are forever calm and clear, thus the nickname "Baby Beach" where babies, toddlers, children and adults can all swim and soak in shallow warm waters without fear of big surf. The lazy and quiet neighborhood is reminiscent of Hawai'i of a bygone era.
Relax on the covered veranda and whale watch all day long or soak up one of West Maui's brilliant sunsets.
Momi Kai Hale was crafted with superb attention to detail, trimmed and furnished with the extensive use of marble, polished limestone and plush carpets. High ceilings and the abundant use of floor-to-ceiling glass walls accentuate the aura of spaciousness and enhance the beautiful ocean views. Private sunning is possible on a small upstairs sun deck that is private from neighboring buildings. An exercise treadmill is available in the master bedroom parlor.
Walk into Lahaina Town - it's only a 5 minute stroll to the Hard Rock Cafe, movie theaters, Longhi's (great for breakfast!), bars, shopping, art galleries, historical features, all types of entertainment. Depending on the time of year you may parasail or rent jet skis nearby. Lahaina harbor is minutes away, and from there you may launch onto a sailing boat or hop a ferry to the island of Lanai or Molokai. An easy drive can also offer access to golf, tennis, shops and restaurants at Whalers Village within Kaanapali Resort (10 minutes) or at Kapalua Resort (20 minutes).

All reservations are subject to owner screening and approval. Due to the fine quality decor and pristine condition of Momi Kai Hale the owners consider this home best suited for adult guests, although a few children are welcome.
A caretaker resides in a separate apartment above the garage in the rear of the property. He does not use the facilities while guests are in residence.
