This house is truly magical! The weather has been perfect all week. All of our Maui adventures: road to Hana, surfing, snorkeling, etc. have been great successes for all. We can't thank you enough for the first class accommodations that you provided for us at the Ka`anapali rental house over the recent Holidays. This house was the perfect selection for our family. The entire 1st floor of the house provided us with the social area that we needed for our family gatherings and time to catch up with one another, and the bedrooms were perfect for our private times. It was nice to be able to walk 2 buildings down on the beach and have breakfast. The views from the house were beyond belief. The house and your service provided us with more than we expected. I could go on and on.
You made it so easy for us to enjoy everything, starting from the minute we arrived. You had drinks and food waiting for us. With just one or two phone calls, Yvonne was able to book all of our events and activities during our stay. I must tell you that I have been in the service business for 25 years, and I know excellent service when I see it.
As you know, it took us some time to make our final decision on which house we wanted to rent, and without a doubt, we made the right decision. It was one of our most memorable vacations, and I believe it might not have been without this house. Thank you for everything! LN 01/2004
