Plumeria Surf is a beautiful newly updated luxury quality cottage-style home with 5 bedrooms, air conditioning, and a priceless beach front setting near Wailea Resort in South Kihei.
Plumeria Surf and the adjacent Sandy Surf Estate may be rented together, for up to 14 bedrooms for a maximum of 28 guests.
At Plumeria Surf three air conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms were added in a second dwelling. All bathrooms boast new tile, counters, cabinets, floors, and fixtures. The kitchen has also been refreshed with new appliances, counters, floors, and cabinets. The owner has thoughtfully stocked crystal glassware and other fine quality cooking and dining supplies. Throughout Plumeria Surf new furnishings and art were added, and the entire house has been painted. Now all rooms in both dwellings are fully air conditioned, with the exception of a small den room. The tile entry, stepping stones, car port and exterior grounds were also renovated. Glittering sunlight now filters into all rooms, most of which have windows on two sides. Eventually the property will resemble a botanical garden with abundant and lush tropical foliage and greenery outside every window.
The ocean and sandy beach views are magnificent with the islands of Molokini, Lanai, and Kahoolawe directly off-shore. The sun drops behind these picturesque islands creating marvelous sunset and moonset experiences. During winter season you can see migrating whales from your beach front lawn. Your private access from the front yard takes you to the beach in a few, short steps. Plumeria Surf is a fully furnished home comprised of two separate living dwellings on one property. The combined living space is between 4,000-5,000 square feet of cozy and comfortable accommodations.
The main beach front dwelling has 2 bedrooms, an office room, a den/media room, two indoor bathrooms, a third restroom and shower conveniently accessed from outdoors, a spacious living room and kitchen, a shaded ocean front patio, expansive wood decking, a large grass lawn, hammock, covered carport, and double washer dryers.
The second living dwelling has 3 bedrooms each with private en-suite shower bathroom and air conditioning. It is a separate free standing building set approximately 50 feet behind the main house. Guests will use the kitchen in the main beach dwelling, however a wet bar, coffee maker, and refrigerator are provided for the convenience of guests sleeping in the rear dwelling.
The entire property has a security system, above average quality bedding, linens, and other supplies for guest use, and complimentary daily hotel style housekeeping service.
Keawakapu Beach is one of Maui's finest sandy swimming beaches and guests may walk down the beach to the luxury resorts, dining and shopping at Wailea Resort. Several golf courses, Wailea Tennis Center, snorkeling, swimming, boogie boarding and many other types of outdoor recreation are available within the immediate vicinity of Plumeria Surf.

A private chef is available for hire to grocery shop, or to prepare and serve up to 3 meals per day. You may wish to consider the luxury of having a chef-prepared gourmet dinner served in-villa and al-fresco on your arrival evening! Ready to grill-yourself complete meals can be delivered, or fully cooked ready-to-eat dining including salads and snacks are additional options.
