The Wailea Sunset Estate is a beautiful 4,000 square foot 3 bedroom 4.5 bath or 4 bedroom 5.5 bath newer luxurious estate home situated nearby two of South Maui's finest sandy swimming beaches and immediately adjacent to Wailea Resort.

You may add an optional oversized studio bedroom for up to 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Also, you may further add the adjacent Wailea Sunset Bungalow and enjoy as many as 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths.
Guests have exclusive use of their own hot tub and pool situated under the stars.
The Wailea Sunset Estate has a priceless and stunning panoramic ocean front setting. A sprawling manicured grass lawn slopes down to the water's edge where a pebbly cove invites you to snorkel, swim, boogie board, kayak, and scuba dive - right from your home! Waves lap gently along the shoreline and may be heard day and night. Kick back and view the crystal clear ocean and the glittering starry night skies from the dramatic elevated upstairs decks.
For guests who wish to stay connected during their holiday there is wireless high speed internet service at no extra charge. Several rooms have convenient hard-wired cable modem ethernet jacks.
There is an iPod dock and two XBox game systems provided in the main living area and another in the twin bedroom. We never knew auto racing could be so fun - it's not just for youngsters!

A private chef is available for hire to grocery shop, or to prepare and serve up to 3 meals per day. You may wish to consider the luxury of having a chef-prepared gourmet dinner served in-villa and al-fresco on your arrival evening! Ready to grill complete meals can be delivered, or fully cooked ready-to-eat dining including salads and snacks are additional options.
Tropical Villa Realty is the direct reservation source and Tropical Villa Realty is the exclusive property manager. We will be personally responsible for your comfort and enjoyment during your vacation.

In addition, an upslope gated planned community may be built-out in the near future. There are other assorted vacant lots in the area. Therefore, we are advising customers that construction activity could possibly be visible or audible at any time without advance notice.
