My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay from Nov. 2-9 and never wanted to leave. The house and setting were just perfect and we got to swim with the turtles in the bay. My mother and father were completely thrilled with their 50th anniversary habitat and especially loved the flowers that were provided (thank-you). My mother tried to figure out how to take them home but finally settled on pressing a couple of flowers in her book. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to visit the Villa again. Honokeana Cove Villa was fairly represented to us by Tropical Villa Vacations. Their assistance was tremendous! Concierge Yvonne was a big help. She was wonderful to work with. I don't know how she could improve her services. She arranged for a chef and rental items. Anne was great too and got everything to us we needed in advance. Both were terrific. The house was more than we anticipated. It was everything that was represented to us and more! The house was very well outfitted, complete in all respects. There was nothing overlooked. It was just amazing and wonderful. Overall this is just a great service you provide - extremely well done and well run. We look forward to using you again. S. Family 08/04
