352 also provides mid-week complimentary cleaning, central air conditioning with separate zone controls in each bedroom and living room, 2 marble bathrooms, floor to ceiling mirrored walls and queen size sofa bed in the living room, washer and dryer, iron and iron board, fully equipped kitchen, great beds and linens and televisions in all rooms. It also features a formal dining table with 6 chairs, multiple and roomy outdoor patio areas with dining table and chairs, outdoor lounge chairs, cable television, clock radio, hair dryer, answering machine, CD player, a large family room with sofa bed and floor to ceiling wrap-around corner views. The living room has a 42 inch Toshiba big screen television with VCR. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a Novafoam memory foam mattress topper, 16 X 8 foot floor to ceiling ocean ocean view windows and a television and VCR. The second bedroom also has 2 full size beds with Novafoam memory foam mattress toppers, 12 X 8 foot floor to ceiling ocean view windows, and a television with VCR.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker & grinder, oven & stove, Henckel knives and abundant convenient cooking and dining utensils.
