To top off the experience we provide an outdoor hot tub spa, air conditioning, and a priceless location nestled between 2 sandy swimming beaches on the ocean and immediately adjacent to Wailea Resort.

Guests of the Bungalow may enjoy their own private hot tub under the stars with panoramic views of the torquoise ocean and crimson sunsets. From time to time when a south swell is generated in the South Pacific, some smaller waves break along the shoreline. This is a great show of nature's beauty and at night the waves can be illuminated by spot lights hung up high in palm trees. A verdant manicured sprawling green grass lawn frames the properly perfectly.
The Bungalow has a gated entry, high speed wireless internet connection, air conditioning in both bedrooms, a portable unit in the living room, a comfortable living room with plenty of seating and fabulous floor to ceiling sweeping ocean views, indoor and outdoor dining, additional outdoor hot & cold shower, washer and dryer, iron and board, fully equipped kitchen, a propane BBQ grill, beach chairs and towels and every possible amenity to provide you with life long memories of a sea-side holiday from heaven!
One bathroom is conveniently placed between the 2 bedrooms. There are 3 televisions and several VCR and DVD players as well as a separate CD player which is loud enough to provide music for BBQ parties and while enjoying the hot tub. Tiki torches add romance to an already amazing setting. Nothing but your hammock, hot tub and a sprawling manicured grass lawn come between your cottage and the beautiful blue Pacific ocean. The Wailea Sunset Bungalow is a vintage cottage with charming old-style ambiance. In order words, this is not new construction. We make every effort to provide comfortable furniture, abundant electronics, and useful amenities such as the hot tub, some air conditioning, a hammock, abundant electronics, and a very well equipped kitchen.
Stroll just one block to sandy swimming beaches (Polo Beach or Palauea White Rock Beach) or swim, snorkel, scuba dive, boogie board, surf or kayak directly from the shore in front of the Bungalow.
The Fairmont Kealani Resort, Cafe Ciao Deli and Store, Four Seasons Resort, Wailea Blue Golf Club, Mulligan's Irish Pub, and other upscale restaurants and shops in the swanky new Shops at Wailea are just a few easy blocks away. Hike over one block to the pick up a pizza or fresh pastries from the Fairmont Kealani Deli and dine leisurely back home on your own private ocean front deck.

Important Disclosure: A new single family home construction project is underway on the adjoining property located next door to the Bungalow. A tall privacy fence with solid plastic sheeting and wood posts was erected to provide some separation between the two properties. We expect the work to be audible with the potential to be somewhat distruptive at times on a periodic basis, but not in the evenings or on Sundays. Also, an upslope planned community may be built-out in the near future. There are other assorted vacant lots in the vicinity. The special rates now offered reflect our consideration for any possible noise related inconvenience. In the past, regular rates have ranged from $500-600 per night plus taxes. This is a good opportunity to enjoy a very special one acre ocean front property with terrific savings. In particular, if you are planning an active vacation with day trips away from the property, we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to experience this splendid charming Wailea Sunset Bungalow at reasonable costs.
The grass lawns surrounding the property are trimmed and mowed each Saturday with a motorized machine. The mower may be audible, but usually work is done by mid-day or early afternoon. You may wish to plan outdoor activities on the lawn for any day other than Saturday morning.
