Sandy features nine bedrooms including three beach view bedroom suites, one beach front master bedroom, 5 other guest bedrooms of comparable quality and size, two staff rooms, ten full baths and two other half baths, heated swimming pool, central air conditioning, outdoor spa, 2nd private Chef's kitchen, beach front dining room and kitchen, private pool courtyard, gourmet kitchen, baby grand piano, fine china and guest supplies and 15,000 square feet of luxurious plush living space. Sandy Surf is a sprawling courtyard villa comprising 17,000 square feet total on one half acre of beach front estate grounds. The 2,000 square foot walled garden pool courtyard features a heated pool. There is an upper terrace deck which is decorated with lovely flowering plants where privacy is available for sunning without sacrificing sunshine or view. The spa tub is on the upper terrace deck. The 2 upper level master bedrooms have direct access to the terrace making it a private area for guests staying on that level.
