Children will enjoy the sloping gradual beach entry pool with a shallow area for playing. The gardens, pool, and spa are very private so guests of Baan Sansook may enjoy natural living within a truly heavenly setting. Guests are welcome to play games on the large grass lawn. Located within a few minutes drive are the quaint towns of Paia, Haiku and Makawao where salons, spas, yoga schools, restaurants, bars, health food stores, bank, post office, video rental, and all types of conveniences are located. Movie theaters, large grocery stores, big box stores and the airport are only 20 minutes from Haiku. Drive only 10-15 minutes to the Northshore beaches of Baldwin and Hookipa, Paia Bay, Tavares Bay, Mama's Cove and many other ocean access spots. The big wave surfing spot known world wide as Jaws is just minutes from Baan Sansook. Snorkeling, swimming, boogie boarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing and other water sports are located nearby! The balmy beach resort areas of Wailea, Kihei, Kaanapali and Kapalua are 30-60 minutes drive which makes for comfortable day excursions to all parts of the island.
