We had a great time celebrating our daughters wedding. The condo was perfect for our whole family and can’t wait to visit again. The kitchen was loaded with everything we needed and loved the outdoor lanai. Our host was ready for us at check in and answered any questions we had. This property was far and away the best vacation rental experience my family has ever had. It was Impeccably clean and location and view was as advertised. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil and appliance we could wish for. Maybe the nicest surprise was the communication with the property manager. We had a few requests of Paige and she handled every one as a total pro. We had an extra late check in, she booked us a wonderful private chef, and an island tour. Next time we are on Maui we will stay here again.This villa is a gift! Chef dinners, card games and recap of the days' activities under this roof... Priceless! Thank you and God bless. Check in was very smooth. I wanted to take a minute to tell you how impressed we are with the villa, but more importantly the job your company does preparing the property and dealing with guests. We have had multiple vacation homes contracted with property management companies, and it has always been a headache and we have never really been satisfied with how they prepared our homes. Say wife is a perfectionist and keeps our homes immaculate. Unprompted, she commented last night on how clean and well kept the villa is. I can’t tell you how high of a compliment that is! All of the attention to detail and explanations of how to use the amenities are spot on. Exceeded expectations in every way! The villa is wonderful - the envy of the community. The location is to die for. The view is spectacular. Beach chair service just steps away. The best equipped home that we've ever stayed in. The home is in excellent condition. Everything is high-end. It's pricey, but we felt it was worth it. The management company - Private Paradise Villas - is fantastic and very responsive. Paige, the concierge, was awesome! We put all of the planning in her hands and she did a great job! We have never enjoyed a Villa more than A201. The home is exceptional and has every amenity that you would ever need. The service from the property management company was excellent and they were incredibly accommodating. We have always enjoyed our time at the resort, but this experience topped them all. Today we fly home after an amazing two weeks. It was my job everyday to swim with the turtles and what a job it was! Waking up to the view of the ocean, drinking coffee on the lanai, listening to the waves and the birds, snorkeling and paddle boarding all day long, an afternoon rest at the pool, sunset dinners on our lanai, and then to bed for a great night's sleep...what else could anyone ever want?! Just want to send a note to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wailea Beach Villa Unit A201. The villa was beautiful and the location was ideal. The amenities in the villa were top-notch, the pool was wonderful, the service (cleaning, beach chairs, etc.) was very good, and this unit must be one of the best locations in Maui – beautiful sunsets. We snorkeled off Molokini, surfed off Lahaina, drove to the top of Haleakala, drove to Hana and continued around the rest of Maui, rode Segways, and more. The villa made each of our days special. Wake up to the sound of the ocean waves, eat breakfast on the Lanai, walk down to the beach and/or pool, take in an activity, and return to the villa to grill out on the open air Lanai looking across the beach and watching the sun set across the ocean. Then repeat again each day of the week. Please let the owners know that they have a very special place and we felt fortunate to have been able to spend a week in their villa. The Royal Ilima is a very magical place. My husband and I and four of our very best friends come here a couple of times per year, but we usually stay in another villa here at the Wailea Beach Villas- through Tropical Villa Vacations. The ocean view is so much more spectacular here. This trip is just what I needed. I am 32 years old and was diagnosed with breast cancer in July. I will be starting treatment on the 18th when we get home and probably won't be able to vacation for a while. Waking up with coffee on the lanai and just watching the ocean was so peaceful and healing.
