Our stay at this villa has been nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at home. The serene surroundings, combined with the breathtaking views, made this the perfect retreat. Absolutely hands down one of our favorite places to stay. The blending of peaceful privacy while having walkable access to the beach, shops and restaurants made for the perfect getaway. Holli and Paige were absolutely wonderful to work with the entire time. They put a personal touch on everything they did to make us feel welcome. Luxury living in Maui. The view took my breath away each time I walked to the lanai. The unit had everything we needed and things we didn’t even know we needed! (Like “proper lanterns” for nighttime beach walks.) And the concierge service was instrumental in planning the trip. Paige made all the reservations and arrangements for us. One of the best Villas we have ever had the opportunity to stay in. The view was incredible and every item in the home was perfection. Thank you for the welcome basket and stocking the home with everything we could have needed. The pools were beautiful and the team on the beach made enjoying the lovely shore enjoyable. Wailea Seashore Villa K507 is a beautiful condo. It looks just like the amazing pictures. The view from the lanai is like no other view. Everything you could ever need is in the condo. Beautiful dishes, spices, coffee maker with coffee, espresso maker, pots, pans, every kind of drink glass they had. Paper plates were available, along with plastic cups to take with us to the pool. The beds are comfortable. There were beach towels and sand toys if we had small children, beach chairs to take to the beach. Everything right there. We stayed a week and could have stayed a month. The location is perfect, walk right across to the shops at Wailea is very nice. Two swimming pools, the adult pool was nice, and always a place to sit, the kids pool was also very nice and always a place to sit. Never crowded. Towels available right at the pool. Seashore Villa K507 did not disappoint, the art work was beautiful and the decor was perfect for Maui. We hope to make another trip to this Villa next year. Thank you! The C Family, 08/2019

The K507 Villa was amazing. The décor, cleanliness, everything you could possibly need, coupled with amazing sunset views, wonderful morning views to enjoy your coffee on the balcony. All of the furnishings were lovely, I loved the color scheme and the warm welcome we received on arrival. Perfect Hawaiian Retreat

I stayed here for a week with 3 friends, and the villa was exactly as pictured with the most beautiful views. We were so impressed at how clean and organized everything was. The bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen were all beautifully appointed. The kitchen was immaculate and stocked with every imaginable, utensil, plate, pot, etc... The audio & video systems were easy to use, and the quality top notch.
The location was perfect! Beachfront and close to all the resorts, walking paths, shops and dining in Wailea, yet private and exclusive. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well maintained, with meandering pathways, koi ponds, waterfalls and tiki torches. Highlights for my group included: daily use of the lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach, onsite massages poolside, breathtaking nightly sunsets from the balcony, a short 3 min walk to the Wailea shops for shopping and dining, morning walks along the beachfront boardwalk, and nightly dining at nearby restaurants and bars.

We loved our stay at the Wailea Beach Villa #K507. The Villa/Penthouse was beautifully furnished and had every amenity of a 5 Star Resort. The view was beautiful, and management was very gracious.
