Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens, along with soap and cleaning products. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. There is a laundry room within Your Own Private Paradise residence that provides a washer/dryer, laundry soap and supplies, iron/board, sewing kit, and other generous supplies. Personal laundry, clean up in the kitchen after cooking or meals, and grill cleaning, are not performed during occupied housekeeping services, unless arranged in advance and paid for separately. For details about the inclusive no-charge (complimentary) housekeeping services provided with your reservation, please refer to the rental cost quote provided to you at the time of first placing your reservation. You will receive information about the housekeeping schedule (dates and times) upon check in. No housekeeping service on national holidays. Inclusive housekeeping service may vary based on rate paid or length of stay or property. Limited properties provide cleaning every day. Most provide one “deep” cleaning every 3-4 days based on a minimum rental term of 6 nights at advertised rate. IMPORTANT: 1. Montage Resort and Spa is currently undergoing exterior renovations including updates to stucco, windows and walls, with work progressing building by building through summer 2027. Construction at Building 5 where Maui Haven 5201 is located has already been completed. There is no construction in the building 5. Guests may see and hear work in progress when using the other resort facilities such as the courtyard pool, food and beverage outlets, or while in the lobby. Rates have been set to account for any possible visible and audible disruption. Access to Kapalua Beach and the Beach Club pool bar connected to building 1 in front of building 5 are unaffected. Food and beverage facilities are likely to be relocated during the upcoming renewal period and there may be visible fencing around the construction areas. 2. Starting September 2025 the upper tiled pool will be de-calcified and will be closed for 10-14 days, but will reopen once cleaning is completed. Following that, the main larger swimming pool area in the courtyard will be repaired and refurbished and will not be available for use. Work on the main pool area is scheduled to be complete by late November. Once complete the pool will look brand new including new furniture around the pool. The separate Beach Club pool bar will re-open as of June 2025 and will remain open during the time the main primary pools are being renovated in fall of 2025. We will work with each guest in disclosing and discussing possible impacts at the time of reserving, and rates have already been lowered/modified to reflect any possible impacts, so generally speaking, the quoted rates reflect our "construction special". You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Please expect ambient audible living noises including, but not limited to, children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, on-site or adjacent luaus or live music, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations. Montage at Kapalua Bay sometimes hosts luaus on-site. This villa is a 2nd floor residence. Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda “lanai” areas is required. Concierge service for this vacation residence is provided exclusively by Private Paradise Villas. Maui Haven is not managed by Montage Hotels & Resorts. Maui Haven Premier Grand Residence 5201 at Montage Kapalua Beach is managed exclusively by Private Paradise Villas. Montage manages the homeowner's association and the public resort areas of the resort. There is no relationship or affiliation between our agency and Montage.
