Bella Luna D302 is the ultimate premiere top-tier panoramic ocean view residence within the beachfront Wailea Beach Villas Resort. D302 was purchased by new owners as of September 2018 and the residence has just been re-decorated and refreshed with new decor and now reflects the quality expected in any 5-star hotel suite. D302 Bella Luna offers guests a variety of upgraded features not found in other Wailea Beach Villas residences that are offered for visitor rental. What changes have helped to create this oasis of contemporary living at the beach? PLEASE NOTE: From April 21 to 26, 2023 the plunge pools at villas D101 and D102 (two stories below D302) will be undergoing renovation. Rates have been reduced accordingly for this time period to compensate for the possibility that noise may be heard at D302 especially on the patio/lanai. The indoor bar and kitchen island were re-built with black galaxy granite. The bar area has been detailed with glass shelves and a mirrored back wall. Out on the patio terrace is a set of all-new contemporary styled patio furniture. There is a dining table for six and a carpeted cocktail seating area with ottomans for four. There also are two reclining chaise lounges for sunning in "Your Own Private Paradise". We also added electronic solar shades for afternoon use out on the patio terrace. In the great room you will find an all-new imported European vanilla leather sofa, custom trendy shag-style area carpets, bar stools in chrome and black leather, a custom circular beveled edge clear glass indoor dining table that seats six, vanilla leather banquette chairs, glossy black antique lacquer Chinese cabinets, Capiz shell chandelier, original art, and fresh live green plants. One of the exceptional improvements made to this villa is the stunningly beautiful new 65 inch Samsung 4K Ultra HD curved television that can be viewed from anywhere in the great room and outdoors. The great room entertainment system also provides Apple TV and unlimited Netflix. Access the internet on the great room television via Samsung Smart Interaction, faster web browsing with dual core processing. Further, the Bella Luna great room has an iPad, iPod dock, SONOS sound bar system, HD DVR, HD Blu-Ray player, Pandora Radio and much more! A new coffee bar with mini fridge and Keurig machine has been installed in the hallway between the garden master and closet. The ocean view master bedroom now has a 65 inch thin Samsung LED HD LCD television with Apple TV, HD digital cable box, iPod dock. The second master bedroom now has a 75 inch thin Samsung 4K QLED HD televisions with Apple TV, HD digital cable box, iPod dock. The third bedroom is also equipped with a newer 55 inch flat panel Samsung television, Nintendo Wii, iPod dock, and HD digital cable service. In the ocean master we added new bedroom furniture, new side chair, new art, clear crystal lamps, and a 65 inch Samsung LED HD LCD TV with HD cable. In the second master bedroom, which is the largest of the two master suites, we added a grey velvet sofa and a grey velvet king Kluft brand mattress and bed set, mirrored side tables, clear crystal lamps, original high-end art work, 75 inch thin Samsung 4K QLED HD TV and more. Throughout D302 Bella Luna you will find new and original gallery-quality art, sourced from the most prestigious galleries on Maui. Radiant natural sunlight flows through all of the rooms via the floor to ceiling glass doors and abundant windows. At night while the stars shine overhead, brilliant moonbeams reflect off the ocean and bathe the villa in a romantic soft glow. The moonsets are as impressive as the sunsets at Bella Luna. The expansive private terrace is decorated with dining and lounging furniture, along with your own Viking gas BBQ grill and bar fridge. The terrace is partially covered for all weather open-air dining. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens, along with soap and cleaning products. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. There is a laundry room within Your Own Private Paradise residence that provides a washer/dryer, laundry soap and supplies, iron/board, sewing kit, and other generous supplies. Personal laundry, clean up in the kitchen after cooking or meals, and grill cleaning, are not performed during occupied housekeeping services, unless arranged in advance and paid for separately. For details about the inclusive no-charge (complimentary) housekeeping services provided with your reservation, please refer to the rental cost quote provided to you at the time of first placing your reservation. You will receive information about the housekeeping schedule (dates and times) upon check in. No housekeeping service on national holidays. Inclusive housekeeping service may vary based on rate paid or length of stay or property. Limited properties provide cleaning every day. Most provide one “deep” cleaning every 3-4 days based on a minimum rental term of 6 nights at advertised rate. | Air Conditioning |
All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls, providing for all guests to set their own preferred temperature. If the doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily recess until the doors are closed again. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans. Air Conditioning should never be set to cool below 70-72 or the equipment may freeze or experience any other damage. Most homes and villas in Hawaii are equipped with residential grade equipment which does not provide bottomless cooling. Cooling is available to a reasonable temperature, usually in the 70-72 range on the very low end. Most guests find that a setting of 72-74 is very comfortable once a unit has been allowed to cool down and with doors and windows closed. At select properties, the air conditioning may only function to a temperature in the 72-74 range with lower temperature settings mechanically excluded. |
