This garden level pool villa, F102 "Bali Hai", is a true gem! It boasts a beautiful garden view, 3 bedrooms (King in ocean master, King in 2nd master with a Queen Sofa Bed, 2 Queens in third bedroom), 3.5 bathrooms and more than 3,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. The F building is conveniently located in the center of the resort. It is close to the family pool, the lobby, the Shops At Wailea, and yet it is also close to the beach and the heated adult swimming pool and spa. After you park and exit your vehicle, you walk down the gently sloping paved pathway that is lined with potted plants - directly into your vacation home. F102 is ideal for visitors who don`t care for elevators, and for those who want a bona-fide residential living experience. The property owners have spared no expense in working with our team of professionals to create a uniquely elegant, comfortable and intimate vacation home. Inside F102 is new paint, new carpet, new bed and bath linens, new kitchen goods, new furnishings, new electronics, and some new and original wall decor. F102 now ranks amongst the very best of the Wailea Beach Villas residences. We named F102 as Bali Hai Pool Villa because this garden level corner pool villa was decorated with an eclectic but tasteful mix of rich and romantic tropical and south seas decor. We took classic neutral elements such as vanilla leather, natural teak, warm mahogany, creamy travertine, and soft white marble, and then blended them with splashes of vintage gold, chocolate velvet, Capiz shell, clear crystal, palm green, and other colors found in the plumeria and hibiscus flowers that bloom outside of F102. As you walk into the villa and head down the hallway towards the great room, you`ll notice the beautiful lush garden area outdoors. There is a large wrap-around verdant grass lawn, an expansive covered alfresco patio, and a private plunge pool that is reserved just for this villa. After sunning on one of the reclining chaise lounges on the lawn, it`s quite refreshing to enjoy a quick dip in the charming petite size plunge pool(The plunge pool is not heated. It is a cold splash plunge pool only). The pool has a waterfall feature which creates a relaxing backdrop the lazy hours you`ll spend relaxing at Bali Hai. To further enhance the natural living experience at Bali Hai Pool Villa, we placed an array of potted plants and flowers in imported glazed ceramic pots on the patio and in the garden. The additional plantings which include fragrant gardenia, create a lush surrounding that is unique within the Wailea Beach Villas. Outside of the second master bath is a lava rock enclosed outdoor grotto shower. You can access the outdoor shower from a locked gate to ensure privacy. Not only is it fun to shower in the fresh air, but it's convenient when rinsing off sand after a day at the beach. Indoors, abundant sunshine streams through the many windows and solid floor to ceiling glass doors. Enjoy plenty of natural light without the excessive warmth of direct sun that can make staying in a higher floor villa less comfortable. With confidence, we like to boast that you may not want to go anywhere during your holiday, if other than to lounge day and night in your own garden. Set a chaise out on the grass lawn at night and take in the blazing star-lit night skies that Hawaii is famous for. A large pop up television rises from a cabinet in the living room, and each bedroom now has a large over-sized newer flat panel television and an HD cable box with HD channel subscriptions. Other technology amenities in F102 include complimentary no-charge downloadable Netflix, Wi-Fi and hard-wired internet service, and multiple work desks stocked with office supply. The living room has an HD DVR that will record your favorite entertainment while you are at the beach! Additional upscale details include unique furnishings, a built-in guest safe, Studio Becker European closets, nine foot lofty ceilings, premium high thread-count bath and bed linens, and plush pillow-top beds. The full kitchen is extraordinarily well equipped with a full array of top-shelf cooking and dining supplies including crystal glassware, an Espresso/Cappuccino maker, Hotel Collection bone china plate ware, professional cookware, two Sub-Zero refrigerators with beverage drawers, freezer with ice maker, Thermador stainless steel convection oven with microwave, Gaggenau gas range, Bosch electronic dishwasher, and dual coffee makers with grinder. The Wailea Beach Villas Resort has direct access on to Wailea Beach. It's an easy stroll through the lushly landscaped gardens to the beach. If you would like assistance, simply call the Wailea Beach Villas security office for a lift to the beach access area. Vacation at the Wailea Beach Villas and you don`t have to be unnecessarily concerned about the availability of lounge chairs or sun umbrellas. There is no need to spend extra money to rent a cabana to be guaranteed some quiet space or sunshade. There are plenty of sun umbrellas, lounge chairs, and shaded areas at both swimming pools for all guests to enjoy on a no-charge basis. In fact, the friendly pool attendants will set up an umbrella and a lounge chair on Wailea Beach for you. Towel and water service is also available poolside and at the beach. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens, along with soap and cleaning products. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. There is a laundry room within Your Own Private Paradise residence that provides a washer/dryer, laundry soap and supplies, iron/board, sewing kit, and other generous supplies. Personal laundry, clean up in the kitchen after cooking or meals, and grill cleaning, are not performed during occupied housekeeping services, unless arranged in advance and paid for separately. For details about the inclusive no-charge (complimentary) housekeeping services provided with your reservation, please refer to the rental cost quote provided to you at the time of first placing your reservation. You will receive information about the housekeeping schedule (dates and times) upon check in. No housekeeping service on national holidays. Inclusive housekeeping service may vary based on rate paid or length of stay or property. Limited properties provide cleaning every day. Most provide one “deep” cleaning every 3-4 days based on a minimum rental term of 6 nights at advertised rate. At the beach you can snorkel, swim, scuba dive, kayak, paddleboard, and sometimes surf or boogie board when the waves are up! The Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa is staffed with Pool Attendants who will help place a reclining chaise lounge on the beach for you. | Air Conditioning |
All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans. Air Conditioning should never be set to cool below 70-72 or the equipment may freeze or experience any other damage. Most homes and villas in Hawaii are equipped with residential grade equipment which does not provide bottomless cooling. Cooling is available to a reasonable temperature, usually in the 70-72 range on the very low end. Most guests find that a setting of 72-74 is very comfortable once a unit has been allowed to cool down and with doors and windows closed. At select properties, the air conditioning may only function to a temperature in the 72-74 range with lower temperature settings mechanically excluded. |
