Starting January 2025 SeaGlass Villa 810 returns the management of Private Paradise Villas, a boutique ultra-luxe management service based locally in Kihei on Maui Island.

SeaGlass Villa 810 has a beautiful newly expanded private garden that is exclusively for your own private use. The garden includes a shade cover, a fenced perimeter, a locking gate, gas powered fire pit, all-new landscaping, and synthetic grass lawn. The garden is not private in terms of visibility from resort guests, but the fencing makes it clear the space is reserved for your exclusive use. There is plenty of room for children to play within the safety of your own yard as the garden comprises at least 1,000 square feet of exclusive outdoor living space. It’s a true sanctuary for unwinding or hosting in style and the cascading water feature provides calming ambiance. 810 offers walk-in access and walk-out access too! The swimming pools and dining facilities are just steps away through your own private garden gate.

The villa’s primary suite offers a king bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The second bedroom also features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with luxury finishes. A third bedroom includes two queen beds and its own en-suite bathroom. An additional full shower bathroom is conveniently located off the main living area.

Each individually themed room is decorated with modern furnishings that are both comfortable and high-style at the same time. Sea glass accents appear throughout the villa in beautiful shades of turquoise, aqua, seafood, mint and teal. Ultra-thin true HD Samsung televisions are cleanly wall-mounted in every room along with HD cable boxes and complimentary Netflix.

Plush pillow top mattresses, down pillows, down comforters and high thread count all-cotton bedding will tempt you to stay in bed all day. Extra pillows and blankets are pre-stocked in the closets. The bathrooms are loaded with thick soft all-cotton towels, hair dryer, make-up mirror, bathrobes, and a bath scale. Tropical theme toiletries are offered in oversized bottles - an eco-friendly gesture.

We are famous for providing everything needed for serious cooking, fine dining and entertaining. You can expect to have use of a wide array of cooking, dining and serving inventory for 8 guests, dual coffee makers, Espresso maker, professional blender, griddle, rice cooker, waffle maker, crystal barware, cook books and much more. 4 varieties of local Maui roasted coffee (espresso beans, dark, regular and decaf) are stocked in 8 ounce bags, fresh for each arrival with real coffee creamers, non-dairy creamer, sugar/sweetener packs and quality tea bags.

Each guest reservation is subject to a one-time visitor arrival fee of $150 plus applicable tax and a daily (per night) resort fee of $50 plus applicable tax. Valet parking is $50 plus tax per day per vehicle. These fees will be collected direct from guest by Andaz Maui Resort upon arrival at registration. There is no self parking at this resort.

Maximum Occupancy Including Children

8 guests maximum. Infants and toddlers under two (2) years of age at the time of occupancy, may be excluded from the total guest count. Toddlers and children age two (2) and above at the time of occupancy will be included in the total guest count. The total guest count may not exceed the stated number of persons. We reserve the right to request (and receive prior to accepting a reservation), actual written proof of birth date (month/day/year) for any toddlers or infants a family wishes to have excluded from the total guest count.

Housekeeping Services

For details about the inclusive no-charge (complimentary) housekeeping services provided with your reservation, please refer to the rental cost quote provided to you at the time of first placing your reservation. You will receive information about the housekeeping schedule (dates and times) upon check in. No housekeeping service on Christmas Day December 25 on New Years Day January 1.

Inclusive housekeeping service may vary based on rate paid or on a seasonal basis. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens, along with soap and cleaning products. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. There is a laundry room inside your own residence that provides a washer/dryer, laundry soap and supplies, iron/board. Personal laundry, clean up in the kitchen after cooking or meals, and grill cleaning, are not performed during housekeeping services, unless arranged in advance and paid for separately.

Light hotel-style cleaning provided includes:

Re-make beds
Decorative bed pillows are placed in the closet for your convenience
Replace stocked soap and paper products and replenish Maui Amenities toiletries
Remove trash/garbage
Change bath towels if left on the floor or in the tub to be laundered off-site
Start a wash for small towels including kitchen towels
Wipe off bathtubs, sinks and counters
Surface cleaning following by a sweep/vacuum of floors and carpets in traffic areas
Wipe off outside furniture and counters.

Some reservations (based on length of stay or rate paid) also receive a linen change and additional cleaning service every 6th day, or during the middle of each full week rented. Mid-week or Mid-Stay cleaning provided includes:

Change bed sheets and pillow cases, re-make beds, launder linens off-site
Decorative bed pillows are placed in the closet for your convenience

Beach & Ocean Access

Just steps from SeaGlass is the gorgeous golden sand Mokapu Beach. Mokapu Beach is excellent for snorkeling, swimming, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. Andaz Maui offers a variety of beach services here.

Immediately adjacent to Mokapu Beach and Andaz Maui are two more post-card perfect golden sand beaches, Ulua Beach and Keawakapu Beach. Ulua is a popular scuba dive spot. Both beaches are ideal for snorkeling, swimming, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding.

World-famous Wailea Beach is just a few more blocks along a paved oceanfront walking promenade that passes through Wailea Resort along the coastline with stunning vistas and serves as an ideal pathway for walking and jogging. There is direct access to the walking promenade from Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort.

Along the entire Wailea Resort and Makena Resort coastlines are a total of no less than a dozen spectacular sandy swimming beaches, all of which are free and open to the public. Most beach parks have restrooms, some picnic tables, and showers.

Pool

There are 3 cascading outdoor ocean view heated infinity swimming pools within Andaz Maui that are steps from SeaGlass 810 Villa. All of the pools are available for all guests to use. In addition to the cascading pools, there is another separate lagoon pool and an adults-only tranquility pool. In total, there are 5 swimming pools within the resort.

Outdoor Spa

There is one open-air star-lit free-form whirlpool hot tub located at the Nohea cascading pool.

Exclusive use of private hot soak tub/plunge pool (no jets) on the SeaGlass Villa patio.

Air Conditioning

The villa is fully air conditioned and all rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans. Air Conditioning should never be set to cool below 70-72 or the equipment may freeze or experience any other damage. Most homes and villas in Hawaii are equipped with residential grade equipment which does not provide bottomless cooling. Cooling is available to a reasonable temperature, usually in the 70-72 range on the very low end. Most guests find that a setting of 72-74 is very comfortable once a unit has been allowed to cool down and with doors and windows closed. At select properties, the air conditioning may only function to a temperature in the 72-74 range with lower temperature settings mechanically excluded.

BBQ

SeaGlass has its own deluxe stainless propane grill and a mini fridge set outside on the spacious, private terrace.

Entertainment

True high definition digital cable is provided with each super thin Samsung 1080p flat panel HD television.

The Great Room is equipped with a 75" 1080p flat-panel super-thin Smart Samsung LED HDTV with a high clear motion rate and HD DVR

Each bedroom is equipped with a 65" flat panel Samsung 1080p HDTV with Smart Keyboard and Remote.

All bedrooms and the great room also provide a universal pre-programmed remote control, HD cable box with HD subscription, and unlimited Netflix account!

A large indoor glass dining table seats 8 guests in the spacious dining area. Outdoor dining also for 8 plus outdoor breakfast bar.

VILLA SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES

SeaGlass Villa 810 is located in front of a swimming pool used by all guests. It is on the ground level. Resort guests can walk by the villa and may be able to see into the garden area or the great room. This is an ideal home for people who enjoy being "where the action is". The outdoor patio is now fenced and surrounded by mature landscaping which was installed for your privacy.
Upon arrival and registration, for each reservation a one-time visitor arrival fee of $150 plus tax and a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax per night is charged and collected directly by Andaz Maui's front desk .
There is no self-parking at Andaz Wailea. Guests use Valet Parking for which a daily parking fee applies per vehicle. The charge is $50/day+tax per vehicle.
Maximum occupancy is for 8 guests using existing bedding. There is no sofa bed. Bedding is King Bed, King, Bed and 2 Queen Beds. Guests may request to rent extra beds for up to 8 guests over the age of two years of age.
The villa is some distance from the resort porte cochere. A resort valet may be available to help drive guest, in guest’s own vehicle, to the villa entrance, or an Andaz golf cart may be an option too, depending on staffing and activity at the porte cochere.
All guests, by placing a reservation, agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Andaz Maui House Rules and Condominium Association "Documents".
Please expect ambient audible living noises including, but not limited to, children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, on-site or adjacent luaus or live music, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations. Andaz Resort luaus typically take place on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings but the schedule is subject to change.
Poolside lounge chairs are available for guest use on a first come, first served basis. Cabanas are available for rent by reservation.
On-site maintenance for the patio hot soak tub/plunge pool is frequently performed by Andaz staff.

Standard Amenities: Most villas typically will be stocked with a barbeque grill, answering machine, alarm clocks, phone, television, video cassette recorder and/or DVD, CD stereo, washer & dryer, iron & board, coffee maker & grinder, microwave, blender, toaster oven, dishwasher, oven, range, ceiling fans, hair dryer, spices & herbs, paper & pen, kitchen supplies such as cookware, glassware, silverware, outdoor furnishings, starter supply of soap, paper, cleaning products and utensils, and dining, bed and bath linens. Usually some beach chairs and towels are provided. Guests often misplace beach towels and chairs therefore an exact inventory is not guaranteed unless reserving a luxury class home. Some homes also provide iPod docks, high speed internet access, wireless networks, fax machine, espresso/cappuccino machine, exercise equipment and other upscale toys. Please inquire if a specific amenity will improve your comfort or convenience.
Amenities Not Included: Provide your own toiletries, slippers, and wrap, however Private Paradise Villas does stock in its managed homes bathrobes and custom toiletries. Recreational equipment, if found on the property is incidental, and is not a guaranteed feature of the house inventory. Boogie Boards, Snorkel Sets, Surf Boards, Kayaks, Bicycles, and other sports equipment can be rented in advance through third party providers. Please inquire with our Concierge for reservations.
Rates Include: Direct local phone, parking (except at condominiums or hotels), Concierge assistance, optional greeting upon arrival, occupancy up to the maximum number of persons allowed, weekly pool/spa service, weekly gardening, post-departure cleaning if not charged separately, extra person fees and housekeeping services as noted up to the stated maximum amount.
Rates Do Not Include: In Hawaii, homes are provided on an a-la-carte basis and most incidental personal services are not included in the rates quoted. Standard Policies: Respect the stated maximum occupancy allowed please! This is very important, as all private homes in our collection are the valuable and beloved second homes of individual private owners. The availability and future right to enjoy our multi-million dollar vacation homes is conditioned upon each guest respecting the owner's pre-disclosed specific terms and conditions. Remove your shoes upon entering your home, as Hawaii's volcanic soil can stain carpets, tile, and fabrics. Step outside to smoke please. No pets on property. Rinse off sand and sun lotions before walking on interior floors sitting on furniture. Sun products will stain upholstery and linens and may damage furnishings. Weddings, receptions, and gatherings are strictly prohibited on any of our properties, due to residential zoning codes which discourage non-residential use, boisterous use causing noise complaints, excessive occupancy causing parking problems in the neighborhood, or any use involving additional non registered guests on the property.
Cancellation Policy: REFUND & CANCELLATIONS: GUEST UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE INITIAL PAYMENT BY GUEST IS NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS THE PROPERTY IS DAMAGED BY A CAUSE OTHER THAN GUEST NEGLIGENCE, OR IF THE PROPERTY IS OTHERWISE RENDERED UNFIT FOR HABITATION AND NO ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTE PROPERTY CAN BE ARRANGED.
